There’s a couple of things I wanted to let you know about.

Rooney will be touring in Germany in October. All the dates are up here as well as on Rooney-band.com. Tickets can be bought via artisttickets.com. This is the first time Rooney is touring in Europe since spring 2008, so make sure you go to a show if you can make it.

Taylor Locke & the Roughs are playing 2 shows in September. One in Las Vegas on the 17th and in LA on the 18th. You can see information about both shows under tourdates or if you visit tlatr.com.

Matt, Taylor and Ned (yes, I said MATT) will be joining Bleu & Mike Viola at 11pm (show starts at 9pm) for a special night with friends on September 22nd at the Hotel Cafe. Chris Price from Taylor Locke & the Roughs will also be joining them.

Taylor Locke stage dives

I don’t know if you’ve heard it, but at the very last Hanson/Rooney show, Rooney came out while Hanson played Mmmbop. At the very end of the video Taylor jumps head first into the crowd (at 6:20). Kudos Taylor, hope you didn’t hurt anyone

It doesn’t seem like it’s up on itunes yet, but you can buy a physical copy via “Ned->Direct” (paypal). The CD is only $10 and shipping seems to be $2, at least in the US.

Can I just say that I love that the guys are doing all these side projects? Not only does that give us more to listen too, but I love the fact that I actually love the music they’re making

2nd – according to rooney-band.de the I Can’t Get Enough single should be out in Germany on July 9th (though I have still only seen release dates on webshops as July 30).

Seems like I Can’t Get Enough has made it to Europe, just heard it on the radio for the first time

It seems like the ICGE single will be out in Europe July 30st. It looks like it will be a 2 track single, but I have no idea whether or not the 2nd song will be a new one or a remix of ICGE.

Rooney / Hanson Livestream

Hanson and members of Rooney did a livestream from Robert’s studio last night. It’s still re-streaming as of right now.
It’ll probably still be to find in the library on Hanson’s livestream once it stops being the current stream (hopefully).

I apologize for the quality, it hurts my ears that it sucks so bad, but unfortunately I had the sound on too high when I recorded it.

The interview is only the talking. No songs included in that.

The pre-orders Rooney had up earlier shipped two days ago, and I know at least one person already got it.
So hopefully everyone who ordered it already have it by June 8. A day to celebrate

Rooney will be on the radio – Kruz 97.5 – on June 6th from 6-7pm. They’ll be playing an acoustic performance.
If you don’t live anywhere you can get that station, you can tune in and listen to it here.

Rooney will be doing an in-store performance at Best Buy in Thousand Oaks on June 8. This takes place at 6pm.
